120g castor sugar
3 egg yolks
¼ tsp banana essence
360g corn flour
- Cream butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add egg yolks and banana essence.
- Fold in corn flour till soft dough is formed.
- Roll dough in between 2 sheets of plastic till 3 mm thick, cut into desired shape using cookies cutter. (I am using bear cutter.)
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 180’C till light brown.
